Cancellation Policy
We encourage clients to carefully finalize their design and requirements before placing an order, especially for custom builds.
Customized projects cannot be cancelled and shall be paid in full. Downpayments for customized projects received by Party B are not refundable. Cancellations for standard products require a 30% refund fee and 15 days processing time.

Customized Projects:
All customized prefab projects are built specifically according to the client’s preferences, such as layout, materials, or finishes. Because these are made-to-order and not reusable for other clients, they cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Full payment is required, and any down payment made is non-refundable.
- This ensures that all resources, time, and materials allocated to the custom request are properly covered.
Standard Products:
For non-customized (standard) products, cancellations are possible but subject to the following:
- A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
